Lakes Vehicle Hire is a relatively young company based in Hawkshead near Lake Windermere and Coniston. We used to rent Motorhomes for our yearly Holidays but after a while found these vehicles were under maintained, dirty and smelly and just not up to scratch. We decided to buy our own Motorhome and let it out when not in use, 1 soon became two and here we are, offering you the service we never had!

We are a young professional couple whom are easily approachable and above all friendly. Whilst away we provide a 24hr contact number number should you need anything so you'll never be stuck. To be perfectly honest the reason we look after you so well is that we want your money and want you to come back year after year - shallow or what!!
Lakes Vehicle Hire are based in the Cumbrian Village of Hawkshead which is in the heart of the lakes and is easily accessible via either Ferry or Road. Train Station pickups are also welcome by prior arrangement. We welcome any enquiry for any length of time, we also provide vehicles to Film and TV Production Companies, again please Email your requirements.
