Reservations are made and confirmed by Email or Telephone. Once availability is confirmed, a deposit of £150 Per Week of Booking will be due before the vehicle can officially be reserved. This amount constitutes your booking deposit and will be deducted from the total rental charge, which is due 14 days prior to commencement of rental.

On the day your rental period commences you will need to pay to us a security deposit of £500 together with any other charges which we require as previously agreed with you. You can pay this amount to us by way of a credit/debit card or cash. The security deposit will be refunded to you within 7 days of the end your rental period provided always that the vehicle is returned on time and in a clean, complete and undamaged state. A charge will be made for any vehicles which are returned late or in our opinion in an unsatisfactory condition. In addition a charge of £50 will be made to you in respect of unemptied chemical toilets.

Call to arrange a time of collection, we try to be as flexible as possible.

You will need to return the vehicle to our premises by 11am on the last day of your rental period, unless otherwise agreed with us. If you return the vehicle after 11am you will be incur an additional day’s rental charge (weekly charge divided by 7).

In order to hire one of our vehicles you must be between the ages of 25 and 70 years old and be in possession of a driving license or permit valid in the UK which should be accident free for a period of two years prior to the commencement of your rental period. Unfortunately we are unable to insure drivers with a previous drink drive ban.

Please advise us of all the countries you intend to visit during your rental period at the time of making your booking request. You will need to take out and pay for our non UK travel insurance for these purposes prior to the commencement of the rental period.

Each vehicle will be provided with a tool kit, spare bulbs, warning triangle and European breakdown cover.

The vehicle will be supplied with a Quarter tank of fuel. It must be returned to us with a Quarter tank of fuel, otherwise a charge will be made for refuelling the vehicle. We expect you to regularly check oil, water, and tyre pressure levels during the hire period. You are responsible for the repair of punctured and damaged tyres during the rental period.

You may leave one vehicle per motorhome booked in our car park for the duration of your rental period free of charge. All vehicles however are left entirely at your own risk and we accept no responsibility for any loss or damage which may arise.

Should you wish to cancel your rental, unfortunately your booking deposit is non refundable.
